Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu:
    Drain the tofu and pat dry with paper towels. In a large skillet or wok, heat one tablespoon of oil and fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry the vegetables:
